Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

IHS Towers is looking for a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to kickstart their career in customer service and communications.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while communicating with customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our services

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or communications role
