Job Description:
Chevron Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and reliable Live Chat Officer to join our team in Abuja on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance and support with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information - Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and ensuring timely responses - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve customer issues - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Research and stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Demonstrate leadership skills in managing customer interactions and providing a positive experience - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to maintain a high standard of service excellence
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities - Demonstrated ability to research and problem-solve customer inquiries - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
