Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

MTN is seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Remote Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services. 5. Maintain a high level of reliability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. 6. Use project management skills to prioritize and multitask effectively. 7. Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions with customers. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times. 9. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
