Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team at Julius Berger Nigeria in Ibadan. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while assisting customers with their needs. 3. Utilize strategic planning and creativity to exceed customer expectations and drive satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in our chat system and contribute ideas for enhancing the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Document all customer interactions accurately in our system for future reference.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. 3. Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Demonstrated strategic planning and creativity skills. 6. Reliable and resourceful with a strong attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
