Job Description:

Halliburton, a leading oilfield services company in Ibadan, NG, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level position with no required years of experience, we are looking for reliable and confident individuals who possess strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and accurately - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize resources and tools provided to effectively respond to customer queries - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
