Job Description:
Fidelity Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Representative to join our team working from home in Abuja, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate-level position, the Live Chat Representative will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products or services, and drive sales through chat interactions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and service delivery. 4. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer interactions. 5. Meet and exceed productivity and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system and follow up on any unresolved issues. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote work environment. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits are essential for effectively engaging with customers and resolving their inquiries. 3. Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. 4. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 8. High-speed internet connection and a quiet dedicated work from home environment.
