Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

UBA Group is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for an independent and resourceful individual with excellent planning and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries. 3. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer service experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Proactively address any technical issues with the live chat platform.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 6. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
