KPMG Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Abuja. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. 2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 5. Conduct research to find solutions and resources needed to assist customers effectively. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong independent and driven personality traits. 3. Excellent people management and research skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
