SLB, a leading online retail company based in Ibadan, NG, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with 3 years of experience in a similar role who are confident, motivated, and possess strong persuasion and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist with managing online customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot account-related issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. 4. Conduct regular audits of customer accounts to identify and address any discrepancies. 5. Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer records in the online database. 6. Coordinate with the IT department to address any technical issues related to customer accounts. 7. Assist with the development and implementation of online account support policies and procedures. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online account management.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in online account management or a related field. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer account management tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
