Job Description:
Huawei is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the technology industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving technical issues, and assisting with troubleshooting. 2. Assist in online account management, including updating customer information, processing orders, and managing subscriptions. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless online customer experience. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding to customer comments and escalating issues when necessary. 5.
