Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Lafarge Africa is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As an Online Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our online account customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and general inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Monitor customer accounts for any unusual activity and take appropriate action - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our online database - Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction - Conduct presentations to potential and existing customers to promote online services - Assist in strategic planning to increase online account usage and engagement

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online platforms and tools - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
