Job description:
As an Online Account Support Officer at Lafarge Africa, you will be responsible for providing support to online account holders, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a smooth online account management experience. You will report to the Online Account Manager and work closely with the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to online account inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Assist customers with account setup, login, and password reset - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts - Educate customers on online account features and functionality - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve online account experience - Monitor online account performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management - Other duties as assigned by the Online Account Manager
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in project management and organization - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and confident attitude when dealing with challenging situations - Entry-level position, no prior experience required
