Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at Eko Electricity Distribution in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our online account holders. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and individuals who are driven, hardworking, analytical, and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with account-related inquiries and technical issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve account-related problems and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. - Educate customers on how to navigate our online platform and utilize its features effectively. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers. - Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve the online account support process.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
