Job Description:
SLB is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position and possess a strong work ethic and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively. 4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of tasks. 5. Utilize project management skills to track progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions. 6. Assist with various administrative tasks related to account support, such as data entry and reporting. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer support or account management role. 2. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 3. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to engage with customers effectively. 4. Proven experience in project management and multitasking. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
