Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, and possess strong research and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general account maintenance. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve service offerings. 6. Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or similar roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in online account management is a plus. 8. Must be resourceful, driven, and have strong research and people management skills.
