Job Description:
As an Online Call Center Associate at Access Bank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through online platforms. You will handle a high volume of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner. Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries through various online channels including chat, email, and social media. 2. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service. 6. Energetic and able to engage with customers effectively. 7. Ability to cooperate with team members and work well in a collaborative environment. 8. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
