Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Dangote Group in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference - Conduct research to provide accurate and detailed responses to customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores - Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking and motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management skills and attention to detail - Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent
