Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Guaranty Trust Bank is seeking an experienced and confident Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing our online call center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online call center representatives, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of service delivery. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of experience in call center management. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
