Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

First Bank of Nigeria is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment. This position is part-time, operating at an Associate Level seniority.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via online chat or telephone calls. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with online banking transactions, account inquiries, and general banking information. 4. Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy. 5. Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information. 7. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Maintain a positive and resilient attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center. 2. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. 3. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. 4. Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. 5. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities with a high attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in using computers and navigating online platforms. 7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively. 8. Resilient attitude and energetic personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
