Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Chat Support Officer to join our team at Guaranty Trust Bank in Lagos, NG. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or online support role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong ability to multitask.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services in a timely manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical support - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures for online support

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or online support roles - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning and decision-making skills - Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
