Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Access Bank is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, transactions, and troubleshooting technical problems. 3. Educate customers on various banking products and services offered by Access Bank. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. 3. Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online chat setting. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using online chat software and other relevant tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
