Job Description:
Globacom is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to start their career in customer support and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers regarding product inquiries, technical issues, and general assistance. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 7. Assist with other customer support tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Creativity and problem-solving skills to think outside the box when assisting customers. 4. Excellent planning and organization skills to manage workload efficiently. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
