Job Description:
Konga Group is looking for a dedicated and reliable Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to address client concerns and provide feedback to improve overall client experience - Assist in updating and maintaining client databases and records to ensure accurate information is always available - Monitor client feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively meet client needs and expectations - Work with the marketing team to promote products and services to clients through online channels
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of online communication platforms - Persuasive and able to handle difficult client interactions with professionalism and empathy
