Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at MTN in Port Harcourt. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service in an online setting. The Online Client Relations Assistant will be responsible for managing online client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming online client inquiries via email, chat, or social media channels - Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and concerns - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication - Assist in resolving client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing online client engagement strategies - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online client relations or customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude towards problem-solving - Strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Experience with social media platforms and online communication tools - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
