Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Associate at Shell's office in Lagos, NG, you will be responsible for managing the online interactions between the company and its clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience at the Associate level. Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and promotions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 6. Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients. 7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and report on key performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
