Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at ExxonMobil in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients through online channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving engagement and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online client relations strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth - Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Monitor client feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop online campaigns and promotions - Analyze data and metrics to track client engagement and satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proven experience in online client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful with the ability to handle challenging situations - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools
