Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank in Port Harcourt, NG. As a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with online clients to build and maintain relationships. 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist clients with online banking services and provide technical support when needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and goals are achieved. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights. 6. Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement in service offerings. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 5. Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. 6. Proficiency in online banking platforms and technology. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
