Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Ernst & Young is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through online channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through online platforms such as email, chat, social media, and video conferencing - Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients - Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Analyze data and metrics to track and report on client interaction and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and mission to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and hardworking attitude - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Cooperation and team-player mentality - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms - Knowledge of online customer service best practices - Experience in the professional services industry is a plus
