Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Interswitch Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through online channels. This part-time role requires a candidate with at least 8 years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently and confidently.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, social media, and video conferencing - Manage client accounts and ensure timely and effective resolution of any client issues or concerns - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Monitor online feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Analyze online trends and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and confidently - Emotional intelligence and strong time management skills - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
