Job Description:

AB InBev is looking for a diligent and motivated Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Abuja, NG. This part-time, entry-level position requires zero years of experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals new to the workforce.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client databases and communication channels - Respond to client inquiries and provide information about products and services - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent communication - Collaborate with different departments to address client needs and concerns - Monitor client feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service delivery - Compile reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels
