Online Client Relations Representative

Ikeja Electric, a leading electricity distribution company in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Abuja on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide information about services, products, and promotions to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Previous experience in customer service or client relations. 6.
