Job Description:
Kuda Bank is seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to online clients through various communication channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Managing and resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies for improving client experience and satisfaction. 5. Monitoring client feedback and engaging with clients to gather insights for continuous improvement. 6. Creating and delivering engaging presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. 7. Managing client accounts and ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. 8. Keeping up to date with industry trends and using this knowledge to enhance client interactions. 9. Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve overall client relations processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Confidence in engaging with clients and presenting information effectively. 8.
