Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Jumia is seeking a motivated and passionate Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Monitor online reviews and social media platforms for customer feedback and respond appropriately. 6. Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. High school diploma or equivalent required. 3. Driven and passionate about providing top-notch customer service. 4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
