Job Description:
Ikeja Electric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service and client management, with a demonstrated record of success in the online environment. As a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, this role requires a high level of adaptability and energy to effectively manage client relationships in a fast-paced online setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all online client service activities, including responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement online client service strategies to enhance the overall client experience and drive client engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate online client service initiatives and campaigns - Utilize negotiation and planning skills to address client needs and concerns effectively - Monitor and analyze online client service metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Lead the development and implementation of online client service best practices and protocols - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance online client service offerings
Requirements:
