Job Description:
Seplat Petroleum Development is seeking an experienced and passionate Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic and resilience.
As the Online Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of client services for our online platforms. This includes responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing support to the sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities: - Manage all online client service channels, including email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support and information to clients - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online client service or a related role - Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms
