Job Description:
NNPC Limited is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in client service management, preferably in an online environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client relationships and provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 4. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Develop and maintain client service policies and procedures. 6. Train and mentor junior client service team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service management. 8. Handle escalated client issues and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner. 9. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 10. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, with a focus on online services. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. People management skills and the ability to motivate a team. 6. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to client service. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
