Online Client Service Officer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Halliburton in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients. This part-time role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to clients - Assist clients with account management, including password resets and billing inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and escalations - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Utilize various online tools and platforms to streamline client interactions and improve overall service delivery - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of the online client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Resourceful and reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with online communication platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
