Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, issues, and feedback. 3. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and online banking services. 4. Educate clients on banking products and services to meet their financial needs. 5. Collaborate with team members to optimize client satisfaction and retention. 6. Monitor and analyze client feedback and provide insights for service improvements. 7. Maintain accurate client records and adhere to data protection regulations. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. High energy levels and a resilient attitude towards client interactions. 2. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and promote banking services. 3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
