Job Description:
Interswitch Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client service role and possess strong communication and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and telephone. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general information regarding our products and services. 3. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging client interactions with professionalism and empathy. 5. Highly organized with great attention to detail. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Adaptable and resilient personality traits.
