Job Description:
Cowrywise is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing top-notch client service to our online customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and troubleshooting technical problems. 3. Educate customers on our products and services to help them make informed decisions. 4. Process customer requests for account modifications, withdrawals, and other transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide excellent service. 8. Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems, live chat software, and other customer service tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
