Job Description:
Airtel Nigeria is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Lagos on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and energetic personality.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond and resolve online customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. 2. Manage and maintain online client relationships through various communication channels. 3. Conduct strategic planning to improve online customer service processes. 4. Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 6. Provide online technical support to customers as needed. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of online customer service strategies. 8. Monitor online reviews and social media platforms for customer feedback.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service tools. 4. Proven experience in strategic planning and research. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 8. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
