Job Description:
Fidelity Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, possess strong communication skills, and be adaptable and independent in their work style.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to online client inquiries and issues via email, chat, or phone. 2. Assist clients with account setup, online banking processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database. 5. Identify trends in client inquiries and provide feedback to improve online banking services. 6. Support the development and implementation of new online banking features and tools. 7. Provide creative solutions to enhance the online client experience and increase client satisfaction. 8. Assist in training new team members on online client support processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams. 3. At least 3 years of experience in a customer support or client service role, preferably in online banking. 4. Adaptable and independent work style with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 5. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online banking platforms. 8. Ability to work flexible hours and handle a fast-paced work environment.
