Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Online Client Support Associate to join our team at Sterling Bank in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the financial industry with a leading company.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting - Educate clients on banking products and services - Document client interactions and feedback for internal review - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate information to clients - Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Emotional intelligence to handle inquiries and concerns with sensitivity and empathy - Planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively - Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
