UBA Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will be resilient, hardworking, and possess excellent persuasion and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, online transactions, and general inquiries. 3. Provide product information and recommend appropriate services to meet client needs. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
