Job Description:
First Bank of Nigeria is seeking a qualified Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all online client support operations for the bank. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being independent and resourceful, as well as the soft skills of persuasion and critical thinking.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor all online client support channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online client support services and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Train and mentor a team of online client support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 6. Evaluate and optimize online client support workflows and processes to streamline operations. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online client support management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 7. Familiarity with online banking platforms and technology.
