Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Sterling Bank is seeking an Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support roles. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online client support through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media - Answer client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, transactions, and other online banking services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay updated on product and service offerings to effectively communicate with clients - Maintain records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in client support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of online banking platforms is a plus
