Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Representative to join our team at Wema Bank in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level role, the Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter while using our online banking services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter. 3. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Provide guidance to clients on how to navigate our online banking platforms and maximize their user experience. 5. Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to improve our online banking services. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in the banking industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Resourceful and adaptable to changing situations. 7. Proficiency in using online banking platforms and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. 9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
