Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Nestlé is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, have strong analytical skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing - Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution - Monitor client feedback and communicate insights to the team - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
