Online Client Support Specialist

Description:

Huawei, a leading technology company in Port Harcourt, NG, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide solutions - Utilize client feedback to improve our online services and products - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and persuasion skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
