Job Description:
Julius Berger Nigeria is seeking a proactive and dynamic Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and energetic personality.
Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve online customer experience and drive sales - Perform administrative tasks related to the contact center operations - Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for the contact center - Make informed decisions to optimize performance and achieve business goals
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
